Complaints
In the case of complaints due to defects or material defects, please send us an email to gbtshop@ems-na.com with a detailed description of the defect and corresponding photos immediately after discovering the defect. We will examine your complaint as soon as possible and then get back to you to discuss the next steps.
Returns
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of defective or damaged goods.
